The proposed construction will consist of: Bituntinous resurfacing and related activities for approximately 18.5 miles of County roads as more .fully set forth in the Plans and Specifications. The work shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of this Notice, the General and Special Provisions, the Contract, and the Plans and Specifications for this project. The bid shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and labor as indicated in the Specifications. Any and all permits are to be procured by foe successfol bidder. Contractor shall attempt to facilitate the City of Columbus Transit system by keeping them on time. They operate on a scheduled route based on time. 2. From the moment existing ramp and sidewalk removal begins, the contractor has 5 calendar days to replace that ramp and sidewalk. 3. Contractor shall coordinate with homeowners to protect existing irrigation systems during construction. Contractor is responsible for any repairs to existing irrigation systems damaged during the project. 4. All streets with the exception of Gladstone Ave shall use 64-22 PG Binder. Gladstone Ave. shall current INDOT specifications.
