Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in West Baden Springs, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Splash Pad Project The project involves the construction of a new splash pad and associated equipment and site improvement work. Bidders shall utilize the Bid Form provided by the Towns engineer (Heritage Engineering) The qualified Contractor to whom the work is awarded shall furnish, within ten (10) days after the date of said contract award and before commencing work, Performance and Payment Bonds in amount of 100% of the bid price. A Bid Bond is not required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any proposal, or all proposals, or to accept any proposal or proposals, or to make such combination of proposals as may seem desirable, and to waive any, and all informalities in bidding. Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of proposals or authorized postponement thereof. Any proposal received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days. A conditional or qualified Bid will not be accepted. All applicable laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project shall apply to the project throughout. The payment of Federal or State wages is not required on this project. The Town of West Baden Springs is a tax-exempt corporation.
