Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,936-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Hamilton County, Tennessee is soliciting sealed bids for the following construction project: Hamilton County Juvenile Court Addition for the Hamilton County Property Management Department, as per specifications. The project consists of a building addition and remodeling a portion of an existing Juvenile Court building located at 1600 East 3rd Street, Chattanooga, TN 37404. GC to be responsible for all work related to tying into existing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as shown on the drawings. Question Deadline 04/04/2025 Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing addressed to the architect Matthew Twitchell at mtwitchell@mtarch.net. Any questions concerning the bid documents must be received by the designer no less than ninety-six (96) hours before bid opening date. The project consists of a building addition and remodeling a portion of an existing Juvenile Court building. GC to be responsible for all work related to tying into existing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as shown on the drawings.
