Renovation of a municipal facility in Galax, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Galax is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to furnish and install a heating and air system (HVAC) at the Galax Department of Social Services located at 105 E. Center St. Galax, VA 24333, replacing the existing system. The HVAC system must include the specifications described herein. Once a contract has been awarded, all communication, and documentation for the project shall be directed to: Larry Bouchard, Construction and Maintenance Coordinator, City of Galax, lbouchard@galaxva.com, 276-236-2131. Questions and Inquiries from bidders must be directed to: Derek Spraker, Procurement Specialist, (276) 236-2131, or dspraker@galaxva.com and must be received by Monday, March 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM. The City of Galax reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
