The Town of Fort Erie is inviting tenders for the Oakes Park Tennis Court Reconstruction Project. The scope of the project includes site preparation, demolition, bonding, earthworks, site servicing, paving and surfacing, equipment, fencing, planting, and shade shelters. The work will take place at the Oakes Park, located at 373 Central Ave, Fort Erie, ON L2A 3T8. The purpose of the Oakes Park Tennis Court Reconstruction project is to replace the four existing tennis courts, which have deteriorated significantly over time. The acrylic surface is buckling and cracking, making the courts unsafe and impacting playability All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $25,000.00 payable to The Corporation if the Town of Fort Erie.
