Design and Implementation of the Ferndale/Bertie Centennial Spray Pad Replacement and Associated Site Design This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the "NRFP") is an invitation by the Town of Fort Erie and its participating agencies to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for the Design and Implementation of the Ferndale Spray Pad and Associated Site Design, as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The scope of this project includes the conceptual and detailed design of the Ferndale Park (Bertie Centennial) Spray Pad Replacement and associated site design, the preparation of construction and tender documentation, participation in the tender process and award of contract, application for approval from relevant agencies, and the performance of construction administration and inspections. The budget for this contract is $62,000 (excluding the 10% contingency and HST). The design phase will include preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, tender documentation and contract administration to support construction completion by Spring 2026.
