The Town of Fort Erie, in collaboration with the Fort Erie Lions Club and the Fort Erie Underwater Recovery Unit, is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals for the Supply and Installation of a Pre-Fabricated Shade Structure/Bandshell at Lions Sugarbowl Park, located at 100 Gilmore Road, Fort Erie, ON, L2A 3T8. This Negotiated Request for Proposals (NRFP) aims to engage a qualified proponent to supply and install a pre-fabricated shade structure/bandshell at Lions Sugarbowl Park. The selected vendor will be responsible for the complete delivery and assembly of the structure Project Location: Lions Sugarbowl Park, 100 Gilmore Road, Fort Erie, ON, L2A 3T8 Scope of Work: Supply and installation of a pre-fabricated shade structure/bandshell Coordination Requirement: The successful proponent must coordinate with the contractor responsible for the site work and concrete pad foundation to ensure seamless project execution. Site Work and Foundation: A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued for the site work and concrete pad foundation. Proponents must demonstrate experience in successfully supplying and installing similar pre-fabricated structures.
