This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by The Niagara Parks Commission ("NPC") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of general construction contracting services for the demolition and removal of approximately 294 meters of retaining wall and 250 meters of sidewalk and installation of a new barrier wall and adjacent sidewalk in Fort Erie along the Niagara River, North of Mather's Arch Historical Landmark and South of the Peace Bridge in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. as further described in the RFP document. Proponents shall be required to upload a copy of the Digital Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond, and follow the upload instructions as stated in Section 4.3 of the RFP document. Vendors can contact a digital bond service such as Mobile Bonds or Xenex Enterprises Inc. to be have their account set up (setup can also be done online). If your surety broker is not ready to provide e-bonds, please have your surety broker contact a digital bond service provider and they will get them set up.
