Completed plans call for the construction of a 411-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Town of Fort Erie is requesting the tender for Oakes Park Washroom Replacement Project, located at 373 Central Ave, Fort Erie, ON L2A 3T8. Oakes Park serves as the home base for Fort Erie Minor Baseball and includes their administrative office building, washroom and concession stand. The park features four Tennis courts, five baseball fields (four of which are illuminated for night play). The existing washroom, constructed approximately 30 years ago, now requires replacement to meet the evolving needs of park visitors and improve overall health, comfort, accessibility, and sustainability. The Oakes Park Washroom Replacement Project will involve the construction of a new washroom building that includes three universal washrooms, upgrades to the adjacent paving and parking area, and upgrades to site sanitary service. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and the lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted. All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $25,000.00 payable to The Corporation if the Town of Fort Erie.
