The Town of Fort Erie is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to develop a Master Servicing Plan Update (MSP Update) for the Town's water distribution system. The project will require technical expertise in two-tier water systems, as well as expertise in the master planning process, communication and consultation. The MSP Update will be completed in parallel and in consultation with the teams completing the following projects: o Wastewater Master Plan and Pollution Prevention and Control Plan Update o Stormwater Master Plan Each project will result in coordinated short- and long-term servicing and management strategies to the planning horizon of 2051. The deliverables for this project will be a comprehensive update of the Town's Water Distribution System Master Plan so that the Town can use the Master Plan to make the best possible decisions regarding the operation, maintenance and capital replacement of the Town's water distribution system assets.
