This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the "NRFP") is an invitation by The Town of Fort Erie and its participating agencies to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for a Bandshell at Lions Sugarbowl Park as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). The Town of Fort Erie is working in participation with the Fort Erie Lions Club and the Fort Erie Underwater Recovery Unit. The Town of Fort Erie is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to install a Prefabricated Bandshell at Sugarbowl Park, located at 100 Gilmore Rd, Fort Erie, ON L2A 3T8. This project should be treated as turn key, meaning all work shall be fully completed, including interior, exterior and associated site works, acceptable for public access and use. The work will commence in the Fall- winter of 2024 and shall be completed in April 2025. It is anticipated that the cost to complete this assignment will be approximately $200,000. Financial submissions which are deemed to be irregular or disproportionate may not be considered.
