The Scope of Work is not intended to be all-inclusive but sets out the City's minimum expectations. The Consultant is expected to perform all duties ancillary to the preparation of the building condition assessment including as built drawings of the current building assemblies, Invasive testing of foundation assemblies to determine their composition and condition, surveying of the exterior to develop elevation drawings, and a building envelope investigation. The consultant will then prepare a drawing package of all as-built assemblies and elevations, as well as a condition assessment report. The City will endeavor to answer all queries adequately and quickly, supply any information that is considered to be of use to the Consultant and make decisions in a timely manner.
