Bidder to Provide Certified Refrigeration Mechanic for All Maintenance Tasks. Service Agreement Term is Available for Extension Pending Owner Approval. 1.3 Reporting A Service Log/report Shall Be Completed After Each Visit. The Service Log/reports Shall Indicate All Tasks Completed and Any Necessary Follow-up or Repairs Required. The Service Log/reports Must Be Submitted With the Invoice to the Physical Plant. Payables@bandonu.ca Sign in and Sign Out at Physical Plant is Required for All Visits. 2. Products Supply Tools Required for the Performance of All Maintenance Tasks. Supply Equipment and Materials Required to Perform All Maintenance Tasks. This Shall Include but Not Necessarily Be Limited to Refrigerant Leak Detection Equipment, Nitrogen, Oil, Oil Filters, Gaskets, Spray Lubricants and Grease. The term of the contract is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favor of the University to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for two (2) optional term of two (2) years.
