The Department of Buildings and Grounds is issuing this Request for Proposal to engage a contractor to provide proper maintenance, testing, and services as per NYS DOH Public Health Law Title 10 Part 4-1, 225(5)(a) for four (4) cooling towers and various boiler loops as listed in this RFP. The scope of services is outlined below and include implementing the Department's requirements and the NYS DOH guidelines in providing services necessary to treat, test, and maintain cooling towers and boiler loop systems in the County. Wyoming County reserves the right to reject and or waive any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in procedure. Any questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be submitted in writing (via email) to Wyoming County Buildings and Grounds, Attention Michael Adamczak, Madamczak@WyomingcountyNY.gov by March 21st, 2025 at 9:00am . The requested RFP will lead to a contract with a term of 24 months. (April 2025 - March 2027)
