Bid is to Include All Costs Associated With the Specified Locker System Detailed. Bid is Also to Include All Freight or Delivery Costs. Please Note Delivery Truck With Liftgate Will Be Necessary All Bids Must Comply With the Minimum Specification and Drawings Attached to This Notification. Any Variances Within Detailed Locker Sizes Must Be Within Two Inches of Height, Width, or Depth. Note the County of Wyoming Shall Not Be Held Responsible for the Completeness or Accuracy of Any Bid Documents Received by a Vendor That Were Not Directly Issued to That Vendor by Wyoming County Buildings & Grounds Any Vendor Submitting a Bid Based on Incomplete or Inaccurate Information Resulting From Documentation Received From Any Third Party, Shall Not Have Cause for Relief From Award or Completion of a Contract in Accordance With the Official Documents on File With Wyoming County Buildings & Grounds.
