SED# 67-15-01-04-0-007-016 Warsaw Central School 2023 Capital Improvement Project -Phase 2. Project Description: Project consists of boiler replacement, pumps and associated systems including electrical updates. Locations- Elementary School - 153 West Buffalo Street Warsaw, NY 14569 Middle/High School - 81 West Court Street Warsaw, NY 14569 Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Mechanical Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Morgan Roberts at mroberts@campuscmg.com Last addendum issued Tuesday October 28, 2025 All questions, interpretations, clarifications, etc. pertaining to the bid documents must be made in the separate form provided on the next page and submitted at least seven days prior to the bid opening. All questions are to reference a drawing number or specification section with page number. Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within twenty (20) days after award of receipt of bids and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. All potential bidders must self-perform a minimum of 20% of the work. The Contractor shall provide 20% construction and/or site supervision as proof of self-performance associated with the contract that they submit bids for. Self-performance cannot include general overhead (i.e. submittals, RFI and RFP paperwork, construction meetings, etc.) Payment Bond 100% of Contract Sum Performance Bond 100% of Contract Sum Bidder's signature on the following line indicates that the contractor shall proceed with work in a timely manner following receipt of written "Notice to Proceed" in accordance with the General Conditions of the contract and shall provide final completion of the work by 9/04/26 Anticipated Notice to Proceed 11/11/2025 Start of Construction 05/18/2026 Substantial Completion 09/04/2026 Final Completion 11/30/2026 a. Mechanical bidders shall visit the site to verify and review existing conditions before estimating the cost of the project. b. The Mechanical Contractor (Contract 203) shall provide Dumpster service for all building sites for the activities of all Contractors, prime or otherwise, until the completion of punch list Work and acceptance by the Architect and Construction Manager. The Mechanical Contractor (Contract 203) shall clean and maintain all Dumpster areas and shall provide hauling and legal disposal of construction debris off site. c. Review Section 013200 for Construction Project Schedule. d. Review Section 015000 for Work requirements of Temporary Construction activities in the prime contractor's scope of Work. e. Contract specific selective demolition: 1. All HVAC demolition, including cut and patch to match to facilitate this Contract's scope of Work or to meet code requirements. 2. Surfaces scheduled to receive new finishes per the room finish schedule are to be patched and ready to receive the new finish. 3. Removal of all abandoned material, equipment, and pads. f. All contractors are responsible for dewatering for the Work of their Contract
