The Town of Stratford is seeking requests for qualifications submissions from experienced firms to perform feasibility analysis and needs assessment, followed by survey mapping and architectural and engineering design for proposed pedestrian connectivity between building facilities comprising of Stratford Civic Plaza. The plaza consists of various Town owned properties: Sterling House Community Center, Sterling Homestead, Stratford Public Library, Baldwin Senior Center and William Perry House. Project shall entail the planning phase to effectively create a municipal campus by establishing walkways between all properties, and develop existing open space for educational programming and community events. Motor vehicle access and parking options shall also be considered. Funding: State of Connecticut Grant Agreement for ARPA-CSLFRF. The Mayor shall have the power to reject all bids and to advertise again The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
