The contract will be used on an as-needed basis, and in general, involves work related to concrete repair - including, but not limited to demolition, installation of curb and gutters, sidewalk panels, ADA ramps, driveways, temporary no parking signs, and other associated work. The contract may be extended for one year up to four times. The contract amount for the first-year term is $70,000. If agreed, the City and Contractor may choose to extend the contract for one year, up to four (4) times. The contract amount of each one-year extension will be $70,000. The usages of the services are on an as-needed basis, so if the demand is not there, then the services will not be requested. These is no guarantee for work. It is estimated that this contract will be awarded on May 21, 2025, by the City Council.
