The project will add a pedestrian crossing leading to the AMR park. This is a developer driven project and the City will contribute funds towards the construction of this project. Each bid must be accompanied a certified or cashier's check payable to the City of Menifee, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for performance and payment bonds acceptable to the Agency. The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids , to waive any irregularity(ies), and to take all bids under advisement for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date the bids are publicly opened. All costs incurred by bidders as a result of preparing bids under this Notice Inviting Bids shall be the sole responsibility of each bidder.
