Project Size: • New Construction – 12,206 SF • Renovation – 26,319 SF (Including 2nd Floor interior addition) Project Description: The construction of a new multipurpose room and kitchen addition and miscellaneous alterations including: a second-floor infill at the existing auditorium; window replacement; exterior wall cladding; restroom upgrades; asbestos abatement; and selective interior finish upgrades. The Work includes site improvements and HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical upgrades.
