The City of St. Pete Beach is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for As-Needed Seawall Repair and Maintenance. Contractors shall submit Bids for and provide repair services on an as- needed basis for the City' s seawalls, bulkheads and seawall caps in one or more of the following areas: Seawall and bulkhead repairs; Seawall cap repairs; Inject and seal cracks and expansion joints, to include grout injection and polyurethane injection; Installation of weep holes and underdrains; Bridge approach slab ( when performed in conjunction with types of repairs noted above); or Other associated/ related work. Deadline for Question Submission : 07/02/2025 10:00 AM All Questions must be emailed to the Procurement Manager at jtaylor@stpetebeach.org .DO NOT submit questions via any electronic platform. The work will be completed throughout a three ( 3) years period from contract execution. With the option to renew for two (2) additional 1- year periods.
