the Work to Be Performed Under This Contract Consists of the Milling and Resurfacing of 7.50 Miles of Roads in the Townships of Jackson, Lakewood, and Plumsted. Also Included in This Contract is the Replacement of Deteriorated Drainage Pipe, Using Ductile Iron Pipe and Reinforced Concrete Pipe; the Reconstruction of Concrete Curb, Concrete Sidewalk, and Ada Curb Ramps; and the Installation of Detectable Warning Surfaces, Curb Pieces, Bicycle Safe Grates, and Traffic Stripes and Markings. Two (2) Traffic Signals Will Also Be Constructed or Modified as Part of This Contract. This Work Includes Upgrading the Existing Pedestrian Facilities to Current Ada Standards and Modifying the Existing Traffic Signals to Meet Current Mutcd Standards. The Various Locations Involve the Installation of Pedestrian Signal Assemblies, Countdown Heads, and Additional Traffic Signal Heads.
