Description

Site work for a civil project in Viera, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of Services The project consists of the relocation of the existing Lift Station C-17 from the Brevard County-owned parcel to a new 40 ft X 40 ft parcel that is currently under contract. The existing wet well and associated 12-inch gravity sanitary sewer pipes and 12-inch force main will be grouted and abandoned in place. The sanitary sewer flow will be diverted through approximately 470 LF of 12-inch and 16-inch gravity sewer constructed along N. Courtenay Parkway and Catalina Isle Drive to the newly constructed Lift Station C-17. The lift station will pump through a 12-inch force main that will be connected at the intersection of N. Courtenay Parkway and Catalina Isle Drive, and all other incidentals, including demolition, are necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
