Wilmington Substation Transformer Assembly Project. The work involves the field assembly and testing of two GTC 115 kV Delta - 13.8 kV GrdY, 45/60/75 MVA power transformers at RMLDs new substation located at 328 Ballardvale Street, Wilmington, MA. Assembly of the two transformers: o Installation of all parts removed for shipment, including radiators, air terminal chamber, bushings, lighting arrestors and other items as indicated on the Vendor outline drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual, included in the Specifications. o Vacuum filling with oil (oil to be supplied by RMLD). o All work in accordance with the Specifications. Field Testing of the two transformers o Testing in accordance with these Specifications. RMLD will be responsible for supplying the transformers and accessories, site preparation and foundations, the relocation of utilities, and crane and rigging services to place the transformers on their foundations. All requests for clarification or modification of the bid documents must be submitted no later than 12:00 P.M on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Taking exceptions or providing additional terms and conditions with the bid will render the bid ineligible for consideration.
