Install ten (10) two-way breather vents, and five (5) one way vents per manufacturer specification to promote air flow and aid in drying roof system insulation Install polyurethane, partially reinforced, fluid applied BUR roof repair system, flashings and related details as shown and specified to achieve specified five (5) year manufacturer material only warranty. C. The project must be completed as indicated in drawings while children are out of school for summer break. June 18, 2025 through August 15, 2025.
