CFIA Lethbridge Laboratory Roof Remediation - Skylights The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is responsible for delivering federally mandated programs for food inspection, plant and animal health. CFIA Lethbridge Laboratory, located 13 kilometers west of Lethbridge on the banks of the Oldman River, is a one-storey building. The objective of this project is to be upgrading/replacing the existing skylight system. Contractor will have partial access to the interior of the building to perform the skylight replacement. CFIA will occupy and operate within and around the premises during the contract time. Contractor will cooperate with CFIA and Departmental Representative to minimize conflict and to facilitate usages. The estimated completion is Dec 31, 2026 which includes 10-month warranty review.
