The purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit interested parties to assume the role of Prime Contractor and provide all services necessary to perform the following: One new concrete panel road/rail crossings One private farm crossing rehab Rail right of way clean-up (old ties, rail and rail hardware) Rail tie replacement Track surfacing and adjustment. Rail replacement (new hardware) Miscellaneous work including switch maintenance, ditch grading, bolt replacement, joint bar replacement and welding rail track.
