Site work for a mixed-use development in Lethbridge, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The sidewalk maintenance program was instituted to improve the condition of surfaces on sidewalks throughout the city network. To ensure public safety and reduce the possibility of claims against the City of Lethbridge. To construct concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveway crossings, mobility ramps and utility piece repairs at various locations throughout the City of Lethbridge. To provide sidewalk grinding, mud-jacking and paving stone maintenance. Please note the following in regards to item # 22 (High/Early Fibre Concrete) on Schedule 1 - Pricing - COL-25-29: To be consistent with Section 05220 of the City of Lethbridge Specifications Minimum 25 MPA for 48 hour compressive strength BASF MasterFiber (or equivalent) @ 3kg/m 3 Colour to be Beige as per (included) concrete sidewalk detail Documents can be obtained from https://lethbridge.bidsandtenders.ca/ Question Deadline 03/04/2025 at 4:00 PM
