Renovation of a municipal facility in Scituate, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacing existing aluminum clad wood windows with energy efficient low-e fiberglass windows. All work shall be in accordance with Documents prepared by SOCOTEC AE Consulting, LLC. The intent is to provide energy efficient fiberglass windows that are leak free and weathertight. At project completion, Contractor shall provide a written guarantee that covers all defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from date of acceptance. Guarantee shall stipulate that if any of the work is found to be defective, is not sound and durable, is not leak free and weathertight, or otherwise not in accordance with the contract documents within two years of final completion. Waterproofing, Damproofing & Caulking. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
