Renovation of an office development in Lynn, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 80,000-square-foot office development.
Requesting vendors to paint the interior of 20 Wheeler St., Lynn, MA. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. or proposal (RFP) is seeking a contractor who is capable of performing the interior painting services as outlined in the below details: Surfaces to be painted: o Includes: Entry Way, Hallways, Classrooms, Cafeteria, Stairwells, including Handrails, Columns, Administrative Offices, Window and Door Frames, Bathrooms. o Signage: located on the First Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor and Fourth Floor. All signage, pictured in Appendix F, will be masked by Sunshine Signs. The awarded contractor will then paint 2 base color coats over the masking. This work must be completed by EOD Friday July 11, 2025. An independent artist will then come in, remove the masking and paint the signage as depicted. o Excludes: Ceilings, Custodial Office, Storage Closets, Electrical and Boiler Rooms, Doors, Lockers, hand printed columns 4th floor open space. Specifications of work: o Prepare all surfaces for the application of paint in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. This includes patching/sanding holes as well as cleaning surfaces to be free of sticky residue. Seal surfaces that might cause bleed-through or staining of topcoat. Prime as necessary.
