The City of Holyoke invites sealed bids for CDBG Sidewalk Improvements Project. Work will occur at a number of locations across the City. sidewalk reconstruction, curb work, and ADA curb ramp installation. Major facets of the project include the following, Demolition, removal, and proper disposal of existing concrete and HMA sidewalks, Removal and disposal or resetting of granite curb, Installation of new concrete sidewalks, concrete driveways, and concrete wheelchair ramps with detectable warning pads. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids if determined it is in the best interest of the city. This project is funded in part or in whole using Federal funds. Respondents will be verified for their eligibility to receive Federal Funds. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 04/01/2025 at 2:00 PM ET
