Volusia County Fleet Management is seeking a vendor to perform monthly Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspections, maintenance, and repair on our Biological Recycle Water Treatment System Mi-T-M. The awarded vendor will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of two (2) each Heated Pressure Washers Mi-T-M 3000 psi on an as needed basis during the term of the agreement resulting from this solicitation. Question Submission Deadline: March 31, 2025, 11:59pm Questions and exceptions concerning any Section of this Solicitation shall be directed through the question and answer electronic. The County is looking to promote partnership relationships within the policies and procedures of public procurement. Pursuant toward that end, the successful Respondent shall be awarded an Agreement for an initial three (3) year term with the option for two (2) subsequent one (1) year renewals. All renewals will be contingent upon mutual written agreement and, when applicable, approval of County Council.
