Replacing overhead Garage Door (12 ft (wide) X 10ft (high)) at the public works building located within the community. Remove and dispose of existing double sliding door Remove sliding door track and use metal from sliding doors to fill in area where track was removed (any excess metal to be left on site) Remove side wall metal that is required in order to rebuild new door posts Supply material and labour to build new door posts along with new header required for a 10-foot-high overhead door Supply and install a new TD 134 12ft wide X 10 ft high overhead door with 3-inch hardware Reinstall wall metal back on building Supply and install Med duty jackshaft opener on south side of door Brace end wall back to existing trusses. Provide all materials, labour and equipment required for a complete and working installation as specified Installation shall be in accordance with the current Provincial and Municipal codes and regulations All materials supplied under this contract will be new and C.S.A. approved All materials, labour costs and applicable permits and fees are the responsibility of the contractor and to be supplied by the contractor All work must comply with provincial building codes and applicable legislation. All work will be subject to inspection by provincial authorities. A warranty will be provided for structural and material defects. The Contractor shall supply the equipment and all components and all features that are normally considered to be standard on that equipment, unless specifically excluded in these Specifications/Statement of Work.
