The community of Spence Lake is seeking a bidder to supply and construct a public use gazebo within an outdoor open park area within the community. The intended use is for public gatherings within the community of Spence Lake. The stamped engineered design drawings for the Gazebo are attached as Appendix "A" to this RFT (Gazebo Plans). The Community wishes to use this design for this Project. The successful bidder shall be required to use this design for the Spence Lake Gazebo that conforms to the specifications and standards of quality of the Gazebo Plan drawings.
