Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for the construction of a three-bed, two-room multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Thorne Bay Teacher Housing Project Southeast Island School District is requesting proposals from qualified design-build contractors for the construction of two (2) simplified housing units in Thorne Bay, Alaska under a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract of $650,000. The project includes design, demolition, site preparation, construction, and utility connections and must comply with Alaska Housing Finance Corporation regulations and Alaska BEES energy standards submit proposals by email to: arichard-cook@sisd.org or by mail following the directions in the Request for Proposals For questions, contact Astrid Richard-Cook: arichard-cook@sisd.org.
