The City of Manistique is seeking bids for the construction of the "Central Park Upgrades - Playground, ARPA-1057 Project" that includes the following major items of work: Excavation, grading, playground surfacing, purchase and delivery of playground equipment, restoration. The City of Manistique reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Manistique in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will be required for this project. Obtaining and printing the contract documents will require registering with online. A non-refundable fee of $22.00 will be charged to obtain the contract documents. Paper copies of the contract documents may be obtained by contacting Coleman Engineering Company. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged for each hard copy set of the contract documents. To be considered a plan holder for bids, a contractor must purchase the contract documents. Registering as a plan holder is required for all prime contractors and subcontractors, as plan holders will receive addenda and other contract document updates via online. The plan holders' list will be available at online. Question Deadline 04/08/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
