Central Park Upgrades - Pickleball Court The City of Manistique reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. The City of Manistique is seeking bids for the construction of the "Central Park Upgrades - Pickleball Court, ARPA-1057" that includes the following major items of work: o Concrete sidewalk, aggregate base, site work, HMA paving, construction of two pickleball courts. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Manistique in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will be required for this project. Question Deadline May 13, 2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
