**As of September 9, 2025, the project was awarded to Northern Insulation, LLC d.b.a. Enviro-FOAM with an awarded amount of $93,500.00 for Masonry Wall Insulation and Spray Foam Insulation, and for Dehumidification Units, it was awarded to Johnson Controls, Inc. with an awarded amount of $189,760.00, with a total awarded amount of $283,260.00** The City of Manistique is seeking bids for the construction of the "Central Park Upgrades - Little Bear West Arena, DNR Spark Grant, ARPA-1057" that includes the following major items of work: o Sand blasting and painting structural steel, installation of dehumidification systems, spray foam and injected insulation. Separate bids will be received for Contract No. 1 - Dehumidification, Contract No. 2 - Insulation, and Contract No. 3 - Sandblasting and Painting. The City of Manistique reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Manistique in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. State or Federal funds are being used to assist in construction and relevant State or Federal requirements will apply. Prevailing wage rates will be required for this project.
