Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility.

The Project is described as: replacement of the existing failed hinge slab, differentially settled soil condition, walkway tile, and storm drain piping at the northern building entry of 555 Mission Bay Blvd South. Construction of a 895 gross square foot, concrete hinge slab at northern exterior entryway, with associated demolition, earthwork, utilities, and tile walkway. TRADES REQUESTED: DEMO | CONCRETE, CAST-IN-PLACE, FORMWORK | REBAR | EARTHWORK | TILE | WATERPROOFING | PLUMBING | UTILITIES Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of the Contract can be summarized as follows. Work of the Project includes the replacement of the existing failed hinge slab, differentially settled soil condition, walkway tile, and storm drain piping at the northern building entry of 555 Mission Bay Blvd South. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to construct a 895 gross square foot, concrete hinge slab at northern exterior entryway, with associated demolition, earthwork, utilities, and tile walkway. Trade work is expected to include, but is not limited to, demolition, formwork, concrete, rebar, tile, waterproofing and plumbing. ] B. Work is expected to take place during regular business hours. Parking will not be provided. Required laydown/staging should be confined to project area. Protection of existing and surrounding landscaping, utilities and surfaces are the requirement of the contractor, as shown in drawing package. Erosion, sediment control, and dewatering are the requirement of the contractor, as shown in the drawing package. C. Intent of new Work is to match existing in all details.
