RFI 2/20/2026 2:00 PM FO502680 Ellsworth Hall Bathroom Renovation PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK: Install new plumbing risers on floors 2-9 in Ellsworth Residential Hall and replace existing shower stalls and plumbing on floors 6-9 in Ellsworth Residential Hall. Project to comply with International Energy Conservation Code and the International Building Code along with Fire Classification codes. The work that will be required includes but is not limited to the following: Removal of existing showers on floors 6-9 in Ellsworth Res Hall Removal of an existing urinal or toilet on floors 6-9 of Ellsworth Res Hall Removal of existing domestic water risers, existing waste and vent risers on floors 2-9 in Ellsworth Res Hall Installation of new domestic water risers, waste and vent risers on floors 2-9 in Ellsworth Res Hall Installation of new shower units including fixtures and drain assemblies in Ellsworth Res Hall on floors 6-9 Installation of one new toilet per floor in Ellsworth Res Hall floors 6-9 Ceilings to be removed beneath all locations where showers are to be removed and replaced. Additional framing included where new shower install deems necessary. New Shower accessories to be installed to achieve all code requirements Removal and reinstallation of existing partitions where shown on drawings.
