The project is primarily being undertaken to replace sanitary risers within the North and South shower rooms. To facilitate this work, the existing showers and all finishes within the shower rooms will be removed and replaced. In addition, shower changing compartments will be added to each shower stall for privacy. The typical layout currently includes 5 shower stalls which will be reduced to 4 shower stalls to accommodate the added changing compartments C. Related Work provided under separate contract: 1. Additional work scope under separate contracts: Cooperate fully with contractors that may have been issued separate contract(s) to perform certain construction operations at the site prior to construction activity under this contract so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ("ITB") is to solicit bids for the Holcomb Hall Bathroom Renovations project. This project entails the renovation of the shower areas of the Holcomb Residence Hall bathrooms(six bathrooms), as well as the replacement of the vertical plumbing riser piping serving the showers.
