BIDS must show price for materials and/or equipment delivered to the Township Public Works at 2201 Florey Lane Roslyn Pa 19001 or designated location within the township. THE TOWNSHIP OF ABINGTON reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A bid bond is required with each bid. A performance bond will be required from the successful bidder. Question Deadline 04/02/2025 Questions regarding the Bidding Documents shall be submitted through the "Questions" tab on online A. All units shall be wet cast precast modular retaining wall units conforming with ASTM C1776. B. All units for the project shall be obtained from the same manufacturer. The manufacturer shall be licensed and authorized to produce the retaining wall units by the precast modular block system patent holder/licensor and shall document compliance with the published quality control standards of the proprietary precast modular block system licensor for the previous three (3) years or the total time the manufacturer has been licensed, whichever is less. C. Concrete used in the production of the precast modular block units shall be firstpurpose, fresh concrete. It shall not consist of returned, reconstituted, surplus or waste concrete. It shall be an original production mix meeting the requirements of ASTM C94 and exhibit the properties as shown in the following table.
