Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Dacula, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 42,732-square-foot, four-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Dacula City Core Project The project consists of developing a 15,203-acre site with a new 42,732 s.f. 4-story steel frame City Hall Building on concrete foundations and retaining walls, a 5-level pre-cast concrete Parking Deck, and an openair Amphitheater with two restroom buildings. The anticipated date of substantial completion is May 29, 2027 Qualification Statements will be due on Monday, March 31, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Submit the AIA-A305 form via e-mail to biddocs@lpbatlanta.com The City of Dacula or the Architect will notify companies submitting qualification statements via email as to whether they are qualified or no No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
