DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The scope of work for this Project consists of the following: Removal of the existing apron asphalt concrete pavement Removal of existing tie-down anchors and chains Construct new asphalt concrete pavement Construct new concrete valley gutters Replace joint sealant on existing concrete pavement Install new tie-down anchors Apply new pavement markings Bids are required for the entire work described herein. For general and technical information regarding this Project, Plans, and Specifications, contact Mead & Hunt, Inc. All questions or requests for information must be submitted in writing and received by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. A DBE Goal of 8.0% has been established for this project/contract. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of the amount bid. (The successful bidder shall submit at the time of execution of the Contract a Performance Bond along with a Payment Bond each for 100% of the Contract price.)
