This project will renovate Room 0136 grad assistance space; including but is not limited to: demolition of lead lined concrete tank walls to below floor slab, infill excavation with compacted granular material, install new floor slab; patch and paint walls; remove carpet, install new rubber tile flooring and wall base. Project will also renovate Room 0160 teaching lab; including but not limited to: demolition of existing metal base cabinets and epoxy resin counter tops; preparation of concrete floor by diamond grinding, patch and repair cracks, penetrations and defects; installation of retro place concrete densifier and polishing system. Refer to the Drawings and Technical Specifications for complete scope of Work.
