Site work for a water / sewer project in Russellville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of removing the existing coating system from the interior and exterior of a 1.0-million-gallon steel ground water storage tank and re-applying a new coating system, installing a mixing system, removing and replacing the existing hatch, roof vent, overflow pipe, and other associated items. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Contact for questions and inquires. Question Deadline 04/11/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
