This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 20280PR250000024 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-03 Effective: 01/17/2025 The NAICS Code is 238330. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The size standard for this requirement is $19M per annum. USCG Air Station, Sitka, AK, has a requirement to replace carpet in the barracks. The Statement of Work is attached. Service Contract Labor Standards (formerly Service Contract Act) are applicable; the associated Wage Determination is attached. FAR Provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.
