Cancellation Description AWARDED TO A SMALL BUSINESS_STAMOS USCG SITKA ALASKA GSE Bay rollup doors repair Contractor shall meet the desired outcome listed below and perform to the standards indicated. A. Contractor will inspect both Overhead Door Model# JST-703 motors, linkages, chains, and controllers to determine the cause of door errors. We suspect limit switch failure and clutch slippage causing door to not open properly and the motor to still be engaged when door is stopped. B. The contractor is to inspect the overall condition of both 12' x 10' GSE bay doors, rollers, roller tracks, and lifting systems. C. The contractor is to effect repairs identified during troubleshooting. D. The contractor is to conduct preventative maintenance IAW the provided maintenance card on both GSE bay doors to ensure proper operation. Period of performance SHALL BE: 90 Days OR LESS from DATE OF AWARD.
