Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Sitka, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Contractor shall provide professional services for replacement of the roof at Mt. Edgecumbe High School in Sitka, AK. Tasks may include architectural, and related structural, mechanical and electrical design, cost estimating, including hazardous material assessment, bidding support, and construction administration assistance. The Contractor shall provide professional services for design, development, and replacement of roof systems, gutters and down spouts for three dormitory facilities at the Mt. Edgecumbe High School complex; buildings 292, 293 and 297 located at 1332 Seward Ave, Sitka, AK. Included in this work are evaluation of the existing system, providing recommendations to address deficiencies, hazardous material investigation, design services, and bidding and construction support. Estimated Amount of Proposed Contract: Between $200,000 to $250,000 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
