Site work for a mixed-use development in Sitka, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of construction of a floating dock attached to the coast by steel struts and concrete abutments, routing utilities in a trench from the existing UAS Sitka Campus building across the parking lot to the struts and down to the dock, and floating wave attenuators anchored offshore. This specification describes the primary products and performance of the automatic control system. 2. The Work includes installation and connection to two water meters in the UAS campus facility and connecting them to the existing Siemens DDC system. Work also includes adding the meters to the graphics pages of the host system. Coordinate work with the Water Meter product and the transmission device needed to convert the signal to one compatible with the DDC system. Currently specified under the Water Meter specification is a SignalizerTM by SCADAmetrics device that will need to be mounted in the DDC control panels for each meter. The two devices will require low voltage power and signals and is to be provided by Controls contractor.
